March is Women's Month, and this year's theme ' WE for Gender Equality and an Inclusive Society means we all need to work together to make things fair for everyone, no matter their gender. It's not just about women; it's about all of us. When everyone has the same chances, we all benefit. A society where everyone feels included is a stronger and better society. It means women have the same opportunities as men in school, at work, and in leadership roles. This means thinking about whether women are treated fairly and have the same chances as men. Are there things we need to change? Making things equal takes time and effort. We need to keep talking about it, challenge unfair ideas, and support women.
